Answering Frequently Asked Questions About Our Memorabilia
Please reach us at [email protected] if you cannot find an answer to your question.
To ensure that we only carry authentic items, we have several steps in place:
- We only acquire our memorabilia from reputable sources. We then conduct our own authentication on every item to ensure its legitimacy.
- Having been collectors for over 40 years, there are many items that we have personally gotten autographed.
- In this industry, reputation is everything. We would never knowingly offer anything other than the real deal. We believe in treating people the way we want to be treated, and we know how we would feel if we were sold something that was not genuine.
- We offer the longest return policy in the industry (60 days) and encourage anyone who has doubts to obtain a second opinion. If not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your item back based on the terms and conditions outlined on your Certificate of Authenticity.
The quickest and easiest way to reach us is through email at: [email protected]
We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Every item is shipped with its own individual Certificate Of Authenticity which identifies the item, lists the autographs found on the item, and includes an item number that is unique to your piece.

An artist and their instrument can become inseparable. It is rare that a famous musician gives up their instrument which, most times, they have had for years, and they have almost become an extension of the artist. Additionally, many of these types of guitars cost thousands of dollars and are custom-built to the artist’s specifications. While these items do sometimes become available, they are generally sold at auctions and/or for charity.
We believe the value of any item we sell should be almost elusively based on the autograph(s). If we only dealt with name-brand instruments, we would have to charge thousands more based on the cost of the guitar alone.
There are several reasons why this happens. Many times, as someone gets older, the way they sign their name may change. Also, what were the circumstances surrounding their signing? Were they reaching through a partially opened car window? Were they in the middle of a concert, reaching down from the stage? Were they walking and signing at the same time? Were they sitting down, signing many autographs and getting writer's cramps? There are always specific details that an authenticator must ensure are present if they have not personally witnessed the signing. Our authenticator spends a great deal of time making sure that any item you purchase is "the real deal."
